Consequently, our Integrated Management System covers three aspects that encompass the entire works process:<\/p>\n<p><b>Offers and contract<\/b><br \/>\nWe apply the quality system from the moment the work is identified until adjudication, and in any possible contract amendments.<\/p>\n<p><b>Procurement and suppliers<\/b><br \/>\nWe implement strict control and monitoring throughout the procurement process both in regard to our suppliers and the supplies, whether they are material or technical resources.<\/p>\n<p><b>Process control<\/b><br \/>\nThe quality of a project is directly dependent on process control. This procedure, which is applied to all works and activities carried out by our company, is constantly supervised by a working group consisting of at least the Integrated Management System Manager, the Site Manager and the Production Manager.<\/p>\n<p>The process control begins when CEOSA is adjudicated a contract. At this point a file is opened and our quality system kicks off.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"i9ee\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-i9ee\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Environment<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-i9ee\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4>We are committed to sustainable development<\/h4>\n<p>Respecting the environment is part of CEOSA\u2019s corporate social responsibility. Hence, our Integrated Management System includes two key aspects in regard to caring for the environment and sustainable responsibility:<\/p>\n<h4>Identifying and assessing environmental aspects<\/h4>\n<p>The Integrated Management System Manager and the Site Manager work together to identify, assess and record any environmental aspects that could arise during works execution, and at work sites.<\/p>\n<p>If an emergency situation arises, we are ready to rapidly identify the problem and act safely in a controlled manner.<\/p>\n<h4>Environmental management<\/h4>\n<p>We keep strict control over all aspects that are susceptible to causing damage to the environment, and we work to reduce them as far as possible or to eliminate them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Waste:<\/b><br \/>\nWe periodically identify waste through visits to our work sites and centres. Once hazardous and non-hazardous waste has been sorted, we manage it in accordance with applicable legislation, disposing of it in municipal waste containers or delivering it to the competent authorities.<\/li>\n<li><b>Consumption:<\/b><br \/>\nThe Integrated Management System Manager carries out strict control over resources in order to optimise their use. Part of this task consists of informing all CEOSA\u2019S personnel about action that can be carried out to reduce consumption of resources.<\/li>\n<li><b>Effluent:<\/b><br \/>\nThe waste water from sanitation is channelled into the municipal networks. If this is not possible, CEOSA is qualified to collect and properly treat any effluent that is produced.<\/li>\n<li><b>Noise:<\/b><br \/>\nOnce companies have been granted works execution permits, they are exempt from noise control. Nevertheless, without our policy of caring for the environment, CEOSA keeps strict control over noise emissions to ensure they do not exceed permitted limits.<\/li>\n<li><b>Emissions:<\/b><br \/>\nIn order to limit emissions, CEOSA applies maintenance control to all the vehicles and machinery used in addition to mandatory inspections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"zbec\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-zbec\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Risk prevention<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-zbec\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4>Safety, a basic pillar<\/h4>\n<p>Safety is a basic pillar at all CEOSA\u2019S work sites. In order to guarantee safety as a fact, rather than just words, we have a Technical Prevention Department that plans and monitors our workplace risk prevention policy.<\/p>\n<p>Our company applies a strict protocol which is divided into three parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Risk identification<\/b><br \/>\nThis consists of observing and analysing any action that could lead to damage or injury to our workers or to any other person on the company&#8217;s site or while executing a project.<\/li>\n<li><b>Risk assessment<\/b><br \/>\nOnce the risks have been identified, we prepare detailed reports by jobs, by workers\u2019 requirements or by works phases. These reports allow us to be aware of any changes that could take place at the company&#8217;s offices or on execution sites.<\/li>\n<li><b>Risk control<\/b><br \/>\nAll identified hazards are assessed and must be eliminated, mitigated or controlled. To achieve this, a Health and Safety Plan is required as a basic working tool with which compliance at CEOSA is mandatory. Thanks to this system, we are able to plan preventive action, to identify who is exposed to the risks and provide the necessary human, technical and financial resources to deal with them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"pd8b\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-pd8b\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Information management<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-pd8b\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4>100% secure information<\/h4>\n<p>A huge amount of information is produced in all projects, whatever the size, which requires meticulous processing.
