The homes are of different construction types (detached houses, blocks of flats with business premises, communal areas, swimming pools, social halls and children&#8217;s playgrounds, gyms, car parks, etc.) The most representative projects are \u201c<b>Ciudadela Villa de Leyva<\/b>\u201d in Pereira, covering a surface area of 122,697 m<sup>2<\/sup> which was built in several stages.\u00a0<b>\u201cEdificio Bavaro Inn\u201d <\/b>in the city of Santa Marta, a 15 storey high rise tower block with panoramic lifts, swimming pool and gym. <b>\u201cCampi\u00f1a Reservado\u201d<\/b>\u00a0in Bogot\u00e1, consisting of 58 apartments and 9 business premises.
