Construction of a new factory for production of ceramics in Paraje de Buicio, in the municipal district of Fuenmayor.
The facility is built on a site spanning 40,905 m² divided into several buildings covering a total of 10,000m² with a metal structure and roof from sandwich panels, an office building and outdoor storage area of 13,000 m². Inner site development included car parking facilities and roadways for access by articulated lorries. The water supply, drainage, electricity, gas, ventilation networks, etc., were also executed.
