The car park was built on two floors. The 176 parking places on the first floor are for general use, whereas the 196 parking places on the second floor are for residents or rental. Additionally, there is a car wash on the first floor.
The car park has independent entrances and exits on each floor. It also has four pedestrian access points.
Construction of the car park took place in a very narrow street, with buildings in close proximity to the work area, entailing extra complexity and precision for works execution.
Reinforced concrete slabs were used for construction, meaning less pillars had to be built on each floor, thus leading to greater convenience and ease for parking vehicles, also enhanced by the five metre wide lanes inside the car park, and the dimensions of the parking places themselves.
