“Electra” Residential is located on the former site of Iberdrola in Logroño. Site Director: José Luis de Miguel Carpintero. Architects: Alberto López Merino and Luis de Miguel Najarro. 320 homes with garages, store rooms and gardened area.
The residential complex consists of two 8 storey tower blocks and two “L” shaped buildings with six storeys and ground floor premises to close off the community area. It features a basement floor for parking and store rooms. The total surface area above ground floor covers 26,137 m2. The gardened area includes a swimming pool for adults and a children’s pool, two paddle tennis courts, two multi-purpose courts and gardens.
