Renovation and conservation works have been carried out on the roof of the Town Hall of Aranda de Duero.
The project involved replacing the existing roofing system with an industrialized dry-construction system, significantly improving ventilation, thermal insulation, waterproofing performance, and overall maintenance.
In addition, the new roof integrates a photovoltaic solar energy system for on-site electricity generation, enhancing the building’s energy efficiency and contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally responsible public facility.
