The car park was built on two floors for a total of 400 parking places for residents.
The car park has an independent entrance and exit. It also has four pedestrian access points.
Reinforced concrete slabs were used for construction, meaning less pillars had to be built on each floor, thus leading to greater convenience and ease for parking vehicles, also enhanced by the five metre wide lanes inside the car park, and the dimensions of the parking places themselves.
On the surface, site redevelopment was carried out with a children’s playground, multi-sports area and greed areas.
